No: 69, 8 March 2017, Press Release Regarding The Terrorist Attack In Kabul
We learned with deep sorrow that, according to initial reports, at least 30 persons were killed and more than 60 people were injured in the terrorist attack perpetrated today against a hospital in Kabul.
We strongly condemn this heinous terrorist attack perpetrated against a hospital where people in need of care are receiving treatment, while the wounds of attacks targeting the security forces last week in Kabul are still fresh. We wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, speedy recovery to the wounded, and convey our condolences to the brotherly Government and people of Afghanistan.
We once again emphasize that Turkey will continue its support to the Government of Afghanistan in its fight against terrorism and in its efforts for bringing peace and stability to Afghanistan.
