No: 201, 22 June 2017, Press Release Regarding The Terrorist Attack In Somalia
We have learned with deep sorrow that today (22 June) a terrorist attack perpetrated with a bomb-laden vehicle against a police station in Mogadishu has claimed at least nine civilian lives and injured many others, according to the initial reports.
We strongly condemn these heinous attacks targeting the efforts to maintain peace and security in Somalia during the Holy month of Ramadan.
We wish God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives in the attack, convey our condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and wish speedy recovery to the wounded.
